  12. I have experienced this with FTP Software's WINSOCK.DLL.  I can even
  13. recreate it.  I turned on their winsock debugging and according to 
  14. DebugWin, it hangs in WSASetDefaultBlockingHook.  It'll hang there 
  15. forever.  When I touch the mouse, it crashes to DOS.  (I'm using
  16. their latest latest WINSOCK.DLL from their BBS.)

  18. I cannot recreate with anyone else's WINSOCK.DLL and I've tried a
  19. bunch of them.
